Whats with the movie name?

I might be dumb but I would like someone to tell me why the heck was it named Queen & Slim?

I don't remember hearing these names anywhere in the movie. Are these words suppose to mean anything apart from names?

Black women are Queens & Slim is a nickname for skinny Black dudes, get hip honky

i didn't either I just googled it, I watched the movie and was told i couldn't relate to it cause I'm white

I Couldn't relate to it because it was supposed to be realistic, but the lady was too dumb to be anything close to reality. And, she was an attorney, oh!! the irony of it!!
