Skip It

I wanted to like this movie, even though I saw it by mistake. I tried to see the 2019 "Midway" but this isn't that.

The CGI is OK, except the animated albatross (bird, not plane). But the story line is weak. Acting was OK. The Ending... "Wha?" I have a separate post on that.

Their end credits even include a disclaimer that they didn't consult history books and defensively decries any "rivet counters" who'd have preferred real airplanes and carriers. The CGI is not my beef with this film. It's that missing research and writing skill.

It got a 3.3 on IMDB. For completion of the project, I'd give it a little more, but not much more.
