Bit harsh, I thought, to handcuff a child...

...like that, with hands behind his back and everything, and then to chain him to a shopping trolley. Then again, the cop had just lost his mother (?), and he thought the kid killed her, so he would be angry. Just seems rather rough treatment, I thought.
