What's up with the DJ character?

Are we ever going to see episodes featuring him? I'm tired of seeing him every once in a while and would love to see more of him and his wife and daughter.

Michael Fishman can't act. He's a token; only there because he was part of the original cast. The few lines of dialogue they give him are painful. When he was little, he was cute. Now, he's just meh.

reply

Perhaps, I dunno. But really we haven't seen enough of him to really know.

It's weird how there is not much of him onscreen. There is not room in the show maybe, and he is not interesting enough. And his wife is even more rare now. Anyway, it's an imperfect show for sure, but I do enjoy it for some reason.

reply

Yes it bothers me because I really enjoy seeing him all grown up, married and a dad! Even if he does still act goofy I'd love to see more of his life and how he handles everything.

I LOVE that they made his wife Gina, the same little girl he refused to kiss in the original series :) So sweet!

It was season 7 episode 9 "White Men Can't Kiss" He didn't want to kiss her in the school play because she's black.

But then he grows up and marries her! Nice! :)

reply

Hmmm, I didn't know that, but it is a nice touch.

reply

I'd like to see her dad come around. Remember how pissed he got in that episode? He probably died of a stroke or something though.

reply

He and his daughter were on tonight.

reply

Nice! I haven't watched it yet so hopefully it features them :)

reply

he kind of looks like john goodman now, i think it's their noses or something. he was in the poker game on tonight's episode.

reply

Haha! I noticed that too! I love the guy and really hope to see more of him but to be honest I'm having a hard time staying interested in the show. I'm sick of them shoving their political beliefs and opinions down our throats. I want to watch comedies and shows to get away from all that. Sigh.
