Foreshadowing of Becky's Alcoholism

I'm referring to the old Roseanne episode when the Connors left Becky home alone. She and her friend Dana were supposed to be studying, but they got into the liquor cabinet and Becky made tornadoes (whatever they are).

When she was caught, Becky remarked sarcastically, "Ooh, call 911. I'm an alcoholic." Little did she know...

It's ironic that Dan and Roseanne feared Mark's bad influence on Becky. He had a phony I.D. and they caught him drinking at the Lobo.

Well, now Mark's gone and Becky is an alcoholic. She seems to have made a huge mess out of her life all on her own. I hope she finally turns her life around.

Did they talk about her alcoholism again? I don't think these episodes are shown in order, because I noticed they still had their X-mas tree up on last night's episode.

Also, I must've missed the one where Katey Sagal was Dan's girlfriend. I just happened to catch a glimpse of a scene on Youtube.

I missed yesterday's episode. But in the episode the week before when Becky announced that she was pregnant, she was in despair. She told Darlene that she wanted a drink so badly. She said that she was an alcoholic and she was afraid that she couldn't raise a child properly.

I think being pregnant might turn her life around. I’ve heard that once a woman gets pregnant booze is a turn off
