I liked season one enough but season 2 is starting to basically feel like Seed of Chucky : The TV show. Everything is campy and ridiculous , I now find Tiffany extremely irritating with all her overacting . The several Chucky variant plot is now getting old and it makes the original Chucky loose his edge. They brought back Glen and Glenda although Seeds of Chucky is the most hated film in this franchise. The way they barely used Andy and Kyle is very frustrating. I miss the old Chucky from the 90s before Seeds turned him into a goofball and it seems the TV show is now more of that.

I'm afraid I am starting to agree with you.

Bottom line I love Chucky. He's my second favorite horror villain and I will watch any Chucky related content. However, this show doesn't really seem to have a grand plan. Seems they're just making it up as they go.

The kid actors aren't that good and/or interesting. I absolutely hate what Mancini is doing to his legacy characters: Andy, Kyle, Nica, and Tiffany have all been ruined. Brad Dourif is still great and will always be great in the title role. But this show is starting to become a chore

Me too. What the hell is going on? How did only three of them end up in that catholic school? Maybe it was explained, but I really don't want to go back and watch again.

Yeah season 1 had tons of stupid stuff but it was still fairly watchable. This season has been atrocious and even tedious, which is saying something considering how off the wall so many of these newly introduced concepts are.

I'm on Episode 4 of Season 2 right now and yeah this shit is getting a bit too goofy.
