Night Club?

In "Would You Wrather Get High Honors?" (November 9, 2019) Cami films the singing group the Glamtronics as they prepare for a singing competition. One person who will be at the competition will be the owner of the fanciest night club in town, who might offer them a gig at his club if they impress him enough.

But would the Glamtronics be legally allowed to sing at a night club, since as far as I know all night clubs serve alcohol?

The Glamtronics included"

Deb (Victoria Lopez)

Malcolm (Ian Grey). Malcolm might be about as old as Ian Grey who was born October 28, 2001, and is now 18. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm6684078/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t8

Charlotte Wrather (Olivia Sanabia)

&

Cooper Wrather (Dakota Lotus) Dakota Lotus was born December 16, 2004 and is thus still 14 according to: https://www.thefamouspeople.com/profiles/dakota-lotus-43570.php .

I only found a birth date for two of those four actors, but Malcolm, Deb, and Charlotte seem to be high school students and thus in the 14 to 18 age range. Cooper on the other hand, seems to be a middle school student and thus aged about 10 to 14.

I would guess that different states in the USA would have different minimum ages for someone to work in a business that serves alcohol. It might be 18, the age of legal adulthood in the USA, in some states, 17 in others, 16 in others, and so on. But I find it a little hard to believe that Cooper Wrather, who should be 14 or younger, would be legally allowed to work in a nightclub anywhere in the USA.

I have to admit that I once, in 1994, saw a waiter or busboy at a fancy restaurant that probably served alcoholic beverages who looked a lot younger and cuter than Cooper Wrather/Dakota Lotus. When one of my dinner companions asks if he was old enough to work there he said yes, he was sixteen, and she replied: ""I don't believe you! Your'e so cute! You look twelve! You're so cute!". But since the minimum legal age in Pennsylvania for working in a place that serves alcoholic beverages is 16, I doubt that anyone would hire a kid who looked so many years younger than 16 unless he showed proof of his age.

It depends on what state your in but for the most part I believe it is okay as long as you have an adult with you.
