So every film with a female ensemble cast is going to labelled by you lot as woke now is it? I guess simple people need simple ways to discredit everything that challenges their one-horse-town mentality.
Remember the 1970's? You know about 50 years ago? They made this show called Charlie's Angels about female spies who kicked the arse of every straight white male they encountered. People had balls back then and could handle that, I suppose. Now you all go to pieces and just repeat the W word like trained fucking monkeys every time a woman is anything but a Stepford Wife-like love interest.
Real men won't have a problem with this movie.

Totally gloss over the sexuality of the 70s Charlies angels.... did they notice the recent non sexy version tanked??? Duh. Idiot missing the entire point: guys have zero interest in women acting like men. It's proven in box office over and over. Men liking sexy is never going to change, no matter how much they wish it in their PC, inclusive, woke playbook. Never going to happen.

Hopefully, this will be just the beginning of such a trend where women are to respected for their martial arts skills and skin color instead of their beauty and sex appeal.

I learned my lesson with Ghostbusters 2016 and Charlies angels reboot.People are tired of woke girl power movies where scrawny 120 pound women are unstoppable super ninjas who can beat up people 3 times their size and strength.Yet Hollywierd keeps churning them out.
shareI think Hollywood thinks that this is some female fantasy and that if they make it women that have historically shunned action movies will suddenly flock to the theater... I think they really need to look at what attracts women to movies and stick with that if the women are the demographic they are after. It isn't as if chick-flicks are some mystery that no one has heard about. It is really pretty fucking easy to make a movie that women will go to see... but you aren't going to bring them in with an action movie simply by sticking a bunch of 40 year old women in the leads.
