Show seems to go on forever

I'm 10 episodes in, and I think a good writer could've made this work in half the number. It seems to move around with slow purpose. Since I'm this far in, I guess I may as well waste more time and finish it.

It's like reading old books like Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea or Moby Dick, good but dry.

Yes I found it slow going & in this day & age of short, sharp 8-10 episode seasons it does seem to drag unnecessarily.
But after I watched all 16 episodes I found out what we see on Netflix is actually 2 seasons crammed together.
I ended up enjoying it for the most part.
If you make it to the end, the bloopers on the last episode’s credits actually make the whole thing worthwhile.

2 season? I did not know that, but that does makes sense.

I'm 8 episodes in and I'm under the exact same impression. I keep watching thinking "It's 7.4 on IMDB, it's gonna be great very soon!". But each episode is as slow and boring than the last: Very little happens in ~50 minutes.

You have to remember that on IMBD usually shows have higher ratings than a similar quality movie would have, i would say with +0.5 to +1.5.

So a movie with 6.9 it's not that "great" ...

Agree, I think i've seen 25-30% of the show on ffwd without loosing too much ...
