Favorite episode?

Have already watched it twice and I'm liking spade, drew berrymore, billy joe shaver, and chevy chase

reply

Keaton, Spade and Chase were my favourites, but I loved every episode. I wish there was more episodes.

reply

Probably Drew Barrymore. Show could probably use a little more production. He doesn't have to do it exactly like a podcast. The David Spade interview was also really funny.

reply

Probably Jane Fonda followed by Chevy Chase. They were all good though. Shame about Jimmy Fallon. I've never found him funny at all.

reply

Why would I like that?

reply

because him falling down isn't that funny either.

which is, to me, kind of funny. he keeps doing it, like a bad clown.

reply

Okay, I thought you might be referring to how Chevy Chase fell down a lot on SNL (never really found that funny either). But yeah, that clip series is just painful.

reply

Funny I loved most of the episodes but found Chevy Chase to be cringe worthy.

reply

he was very mean to adam. but egan was kind of manic that episode, maybe he's back on coke.

reply

The Jane Fonda episode was amazing.

reply

agree. that wasn't acting, i dont think. who wouldnt be smitten by jane fonda,
it would be like for woman to be lusting after bill cosby...
imean paul newman, or robbie redford or charles grodin

reply

my faves

spade, of course
fonda, sparks
judge judy, just a cool interview w/ a neat lady
keaton, cool dude top to bottom

i think this show has legs - norm can do homework, is a great interviewer, wicked smart, capable of asking interesting, even profound questions, depending upon the guest. he can clown, he can play it fairly straight. he's got the whole package, as they say.

reply

Drew Barrymore was the best show because Norm was so fond of her and affectionate and she really is an interesting person
