Why aren’t there any posts on this movie?

This is the first documentary on or involving Trump that actually gets to the real matter at hand— namely, not ***who*** Trump is, or his stunts that grab the headlines— but what he is allowing to take place largely unseen, and perhaps against his best wishes.

I’ve seen three or four documentaries on Trump, and I’ve read countless articles in (at least what I consider to be legit) newspapers and magazines, but until I saw this documentary I’d never had the right dots connected for me in one place.

It doesn’t matter what your political affiliation is, or even what you think of Trump, this movie is an incredibly important bit of education.

It seems that this should finally be it... Trump should be impeached and arrested for espionage.

But... that's not happening?

What's it going to take?

Very bizarre. Very interesting and frightening times we live in.

What’s strangest to me is how there seems to be such a sharp divide between a relatively small segment of people who’ve pursued a rough understanding of what Trump is actually doing (and what he’s done) vs. the majority of the population that seems to see Trump mainly as a phenomenon divorced from history and what is factually going on in Washington.

Too many people seem to see Trump as a political litmus test to apply to others, or a point of reference from which to judge others (I’m speaking equally about both sides).

It shouldn’t matter what party you belong to if the President (any president!) is clearly acting in ways that run counter to our country’s most important and valuable principles—such as freedom, political accountability via checks and balances, and a commitment to an ethical code.

I believe that people who voted for Trump in good faith have a responsibility to re-evaluate their decision and hold themselves accountable to reality as it exists. In a sense, the strength to own up to being misled and the courage to stand up for the truth. But I strongly believe that those who’ve been able to keep their eye on the ball politically also have a duty to their fellow citizens who were led astray in good faith —and who’ve had a change of mind— to grant them their full support and understanding. Demonizing “the other” or “the other side” is precisely what was encouraged by outside forces in order to divide and conquer public opinion in the U.S., thus effectively turning its citizenry against each other. We need to come back together as united American citizens. Simply by giving each other the benefit of the doubt (and the patience it takes to understand another human being’s point of view) we can make enormous progress.

Could not have said it better. Also, all people who've committed wrongdoing, regardless of who they are and what they represent, must be held accountable for their actions. The divide is being fueled by political groups attempting to make each other look weak and their policies ineffective.

It's as if leadership doesn't want their citizenry to know what is going on behind the scenes despite actions to make talks more transparent, undermining confidence average joe has in their government.

They don't want to address the problems that are going on, doing everything they can to distract the typical person with unimportant stories to divert attention away from their corruption. This is a general issue everyone should care about.

I have not seen this documentary. It sounds eyebrow-raising.
