After watching the first episode, I'm afraid this is going to be another show that is convoluted for the sake of being convoluted (Lost, Mr. Robot). I'll give it another couple episodes because of my affection for Ron Swanson

shareDon't worry, it's not like Lost... Clearly a show conceived as a mini-series rather than something to drag out and entrap an audience for multiple seasons...
It is convoluted, but that's because the ideas that it deals with are a bit convoluted, in order to works as a movie... Kind of like how time travel makes movies convoluted (there is not time travel in this movie, just an example)...
