Ahsoka vs magistrate fight scene was total garbage
i feel Like Mugatu in Zoolander seeing the obvious truth about Derek while no one else can.

the fight is slow, amateur, boring and not innovative in anyway. nothing was new, impressive, fast paced or well choreographed. they try and convey "tension" by having them lock blades and stare at eachother for a couple seconds, but they do this 5 times. i was bored of it the first 3 times i saw it happen......besides the flip i could have filmed the same in my backyard and have seen amateur youtube videos 100X better choreographed than this...

its far better, more advanced, flashy, well choreographed, intense and entertaining on every single level. Idk how i could have known it was a tense battle when they didn't lock blades and state even once, but somehow that was conveyed to me. they even use dialogue to elevate the tension and stakes of the fight. Choreography and dialogue and story points are used in synch to elevate each other and hence the tension of what we are witnessing.
even that aside, the rest of the episodes "fights" were bad. You have a Jedi and a foggy city. so we are going to get The bright blades in the fog as our jedi stalks the city, ambushing groups of soldiers. using her physical strength advantage to jump up and down from the roofs, as well as the small cramped alleys and streets to undermine the ranged weapons of the troops vs her melee weapon. single handedly cutting down groups of 10 troops at a time in the chaos and confusion of the fog and ambush. While the Magistrate thinks she is safe in her "tower" but the viewer sees Ahsoka literally "cutting her way" to her . this had the potentially to be one of the coolest and most visually stunning things on film in terms of something weve never seen before in a jedi fight.... but it was one of the biggest lost opportunities ive ever seen in film.

instead we get, "blades light up, ahsoka runs at two separate single soldier, kills them....". Next she completely reveals herself on a roof, gets shot at and runs. then the "big amazing" magistrate battle...
