He will overshadow the entire show. He should appear on the Ahsoka show. That's his platform.

Maybe one more appearance, but he is too overpowered, like Ms. Marvel on the Avengers.
Mando was finally facing an opponent he might fail against, a squad of unstoppable killer androids, and Skywalker made them look like a bunch of half trained Stormtroopers facing Boba Fett.
A thought just crossed my mind this morning. Luke has to appear, because he needs to give Grogu back to Din Djarin. A small cameo for that purpose would be ok.
