Did they make Bill Burr provide his own costume?

One thing you definitely have to give the show credit for is the generally very good sets, costumes , makeup and overall Star Wars aesthetic. This is why Bill Burr's character particularly stood out to me. It truly looks like they just gave him a general idea of the character he was playing and told him to show up in an outfit he had to throw together on is own on fairly short notice. It just looks like a very lazy & low budget "mercenary" cosplay outfit. Strange
