Lame soundtrack.

Very amateur, budget sounding. Did not seem to fit the established feel of Star Wars. Did not elicit an emotional response.

I loved the western theme....needed something different than the same old John Williams stuff...

The main theme sounds like a Rocky ripoff, tbh - what a weird choice. We don't need the same John Williams stuff, we need something in the same realm as it. Or something that's different... but actually good.

Agreed... a heavy misstep, probably even heavier than some of that dialogue. The visuals for the show are far more adult in tone than the music. I suspect that is a conscious decision on Disney's part so that if younger eyes end up watching the show, the lighter music makes for lightening some of the scenes. It's entirely probable that Disney has done this bit of helicopter parenting to avoid tarnishing their brand.
