Turns out Nick Nolte was in the first episode. Guess which character he was (Spoilers)

He was Kuill, the alien guy who saves the Mandalorian from those beasts.

"Kuill is an Ugnaut, a pig-like alien seen in The Empire Strikes Back, shredding droids on Cloud City."

Never guessed but his voice was very recognizable AFTER I found out. Even the ugnaught's eyes seems like Nolte's (back in the 80's)

Even if I hadn’t known who he was going to playing be in The Mandalorian, I’m certain I would have immediately realized who Kuill was the moment he talked. It’s hard not to recognize that voice.

I have spoken
Great character!

I may be reading too much into it, but then again they cast Nolte for a reason, i.e., to give the character some depth

The ugnaughts in "Empire" seemed like simple-minded servants. Kuill may have also been a bit simple-minded, but his motives were clear enough - to live in peace, free of servitude. Sort of like Shrek. That reveal at the end struck a chord with me - this ugnaught might be simple, but he's not stupid, and he wants to live free.

I also like how, given the opportunity to "flesh out" Jawas more, Favreau made them seem even more sleazy. Figures that scavengers and thieves think of a delicacy as an egg created and nursed by another creature.
