Overall a fun movie but what you would expect from a typical Michael Bay flick which entails numerous explosions and popcorn entertainment with not much depth. He tends to do much better than he's not involved in the Transformers franchise nowadays plus Ryan Reynolds as the main lead helps to smooth things over.
