Where did they get the Yellow Submarine?

In the press conference where the two Others showed up one of them held up a toy Yellow Submarine. If there were no other pieces of evidence surrounding the Beatles then where did they get that?

It was probably a child's bath toy with no connection to the song.

How do you know the Beatles didn't actually make up that song after seeing that toy?

Jack's Beatles records were gone. The Yellow Submarine toy should also have disappeared.

True, they should have just made for the movie an original submarine toy, painted yellow.

I figured they found a submarine toy and painted it/modified it. I can't find a pic of it online, so I'm struggling to remember exactly how close to the Beatles' yellow submarine it looked; I thought it was slightly different. Anyway, I figure they either modified an existing model or built one.

assuming the main character hadn't yet released Yellow Submarine (I think it was implied he hadn't) then they just found a toy one on ebay/etsy or got a black one and painted it yellow

Do you live in a universe where Amazon doesn't exist? Because I'm guessing you could find 20 of those with one google search right now and have it same day in some cases.
