The sign of the cross

From the early lunch scene where they pray before their meal, they didn't make the sign of the cross when they should've and would've.

Right from the beginning it is stark clear there is little to no effort to research or have an accurate film.

Also the content depiction of debauchery by people of this time in every film or show is also highly inaccurate.

I just finished it a couple of hours ago.

I have no idea about its historical accuracy, but it's actually a pretty damn good film. It's well-shot and well-acted, and the story is interesting with some nice twists and turns.

Looking at the competition, I have little doubt this one will end up on my Top 10 for the year.

Honestly i didn't continue after the first episode, am wary of such films and have seen too many to watch another like it.

What do you mean by "the first episode?"

This is a movie, not a series.

reply

I guess I don't remember anymore as I didn't bother to finish it.

high quality discussion here ... lol

The debauchery is based on the Shakespeare character Falstaff who appears in 3 Shakespeare plays. This is based on the play, Henry V, and not written in the 20th or 21st century to present an exact biograhical account.
