I went to the bathroom and when I came back Clifton Collins Jr was in charge? What did I miss? What happened to Andy Garcia?

He killed him because he was getting too loose. He put a lot of new rules in place like no tardiness, stick to the routes, etc.

Collins' character shot Garcia's character from behind, while Garcia's character was doing his skeet shooting.
