I would give it 6 episodes, though it might be less

Well it only started like three weeks ago and it's doing really well so I'd honestly give it a few seasons at this rate at least. The concept might actually work better as a show than as a movie.

I'm really liking it, but I'm not optimistic that it will get more than one season.

Am I alone here in feeling this series just doesn't have the wit and charm of the movie even though it says it's written by Jamaine and Taika? The movie is so funny, I love it. I gave up on the series after episode two, then today I decided to give it another chance. I'm still bored stiff. I find the female vampire a little entertaining, but that's it.

I was thinking about it today as I just finished the Manhattan episode, and I still like it as I like dry humour, but I just don't know how much more they can do and keep it funny and fresh. There have been some funny moments, but it just seems like there is too much filler. The movie was less than 90 mins, and even though I loved it there were a few parts that I thought could have been trimmed.

So to make a long story short, no you aren't alone. Just out of curiosity, did you watch Flight of the Condors?

Lol. Yes, silly auto correct on my phone.

It's very similar in pacing to this. Has some fantastically funny moments from Clement, but also dragged a little.

Second season in the works, apparently. I love this show, funniest thing I've seen in a long time, actually laughing out loud at many moments. Glad it's got a second season coming.
