Who blames the son?

I feel in my opinion he was in serious fault for Charlie’s death, but not just him..
1) He went to a party with teenagers and alcohol and drugs and left her unattended.
2) She has clearly struggles socially and has some illness which they didn’t say what it was.
3) why didn’t he make sure there wasn’t peanuts in the cake! She’s deathly allergic!
4) why didn’t she have her epipen with her always
5) he went to smoke weed and was obviously planning on driving home while stoned so there was obviously gonna be an incident.
6) the mom did make her go to the party which she didn’t want to go to.
(Losing her daughter was bad enough. But in such a horrific way. I feel she suffered enough.)
7) he doesn’t interact with her throughout the movie before the party. So didn’t care about her much.

Just saying the ending was really bland and so boring.

How does your last sentence relate to anything else in your post.

And I blame the mother first and foremost, why would you make your teenage son take a prepubescent little girl to a party with alcohol and drugs. She's not that naive to think they're gonna sit around and play board games. And he's just a teenage boy, it's her duty to have better judgement.

Exactly right! It’s the mother’s
Fault.

I can certainly agree that BOTH the mom and son were at least somewhat responsible for Charlie's death..however, I'm not going to lose my head over their actions.
