Are Gordon's redesigned menus realistic?

For one thing, they're very English. Not at all typical with standard American cuisine. Also, he always has these dishes that have to be individually prepared one pan at a time. That's fine when you're running one of them fancy restaurants with limited covers. But some of these poor chefs are trying to bang out hundreds plates of food like this.
