A rip-off of two comics

JMS’ “Supreme Power MAX” (a superhuman child is sent to Earth by aliens, he’s taunted by other children, his space craft puts him into a trance and gradually gives him his “mission” to conquer the planet), and some elements of Mark Waid’s “Iredeemable” (a superhuman child is ostracized by other humans while growing up until he snaps and goes on a murderous rampage).

This film has basically added the red cape and hood.
