Budget:$45,000,000 (estimated) Yeah Right

Looks more like $10.- Very weak film. Frank Grillo is always good but this was 5/10 max.

Yes, it was terrible.

Actually, considering the special effects, the star power involved.... I'm surprised it didn't cost more.
I must admit though - putting Mel Gibson's name as the main star of the film is a bit stretching it. He's definitely in it, he's great, but he was in the supporting cast, and with less on screen time than a few other supporting cast peeps.

Still, awesome film, especially if you watch it without knowing anything about it ahead of time. Lots of laughs, tons of action, decent story (better than groundhog day, where nothing is ever explained), great acting from all actors involved.

LOL, Mel Gibson work for $200K per day! He shot this part in 3 days. This flick is junk.

reply

looks like you are one of the peeps emotionally hurt by Gibson. His part was small - I wouldn't be surprised if he really did do the whole bit in 3 days.

If this film is a tax write off, it's the best ones I've seen - akin to old Tarantino films

Mel Gibson is always good. Boss Level however not so much.
