Movie for Find me?

So the book is coming in autumn.
I heard it will be mainly about Elios Dad who is now divorced and will find love with a man.

Elio is studying somewhere else and will meet Oliver again.

What do you think of a movie for that?
I am not sure... I only want to see Elio/Oliver. But as Oliver is married I think they only will have a short affair again and will go separate ways again.
