Hell of a final shot. Not a perfect film, but it was punctured by a few brilliant scenes here and there, the ending being one of them.

That was a great final shot. I wish they would have held it a bit longer than a micro-second, though.

I just finished the movie. I thought that same thing. I kept expecting a brain tumor to come up at some point.

Weird, I wasn't even logged in to get notified; just popping by b/c she's being talked about and I remembered how much I liked this and her in it. I suppose it goes without saying she also wasn't a paragon of mental health, but...

And I am now curious as to what led to OP to suspect possession, and by what or whom?

She has schizoaffective disorder with bipolar tendencies. People live in this horror every day.
