The movie takes place several years after the series. They make that pretty clear.
People do get older, you know.

not in animated tv shows. the simpons, south park, the characters never get older. so no i can't accept dora as a 13 or 15 year old.

Isabela Moner was born July 2001 and this movie was released August 2019, so most likely she's under 18 for most of the footage.

If I really want to get my pedo on I'll just watch Pretty Baby.
