1, seeing the cat grooming itself.
2, Watching that old hag being gassed to death.
3, Seeing that old evil man get stabbed in the neck.
4, Seeing that other loser get shot.

When the idiot good-looking guy seems to keep walking out of his apartment whenever she walked by (reminded me of Louis in Ghostbusters and being locked out). It was clear there was something wrong about him.
And when she's out the door into the street near the end and we can hear them all panicking and yelling inside that lobby. It was kind of hilarious thinking about them all in there going crazy together.
