Does Nat Geo make good scripted shows?

NatGeo aired a mini-series called The Hot Zone a handful of months ago and I thought it was quite good. It was not as good as the excellent book it was based on, but it was still solid programming.

They also have done a couple of docudramas that used a weird hybrid documentary/scripted drama format that I thought were interesting: Mars and Valley of the Boom.

I have a good feeling about The Right Stuff's chances.
