So there's more humour than horror in this


Is that really so bad? I never really thought of these movies as hardcore horror, anyway. They're just too mild. And to be honest, so was the book and miniseries. But the humour is just so spot-on, between Richie and Eddie, both children and adults, that it makes up for it.

Your opinion. Your proof? My proof is 62% of critics on RT liking it, and 78% of audiences on RT liking it. Hardly a "majority" of dislikers.
