I know it’s cool to be “scared” of clowns, but they’re not scary. Sorry, kiddos.

clowns are scary to some people though.. Coulrophobia is a real thing.

I gurantee only about 5% of the people who claim they’re scared of clowns actually have coulrophobia.

Clowns are supposed to be funny at circuses and carnivals with their pranks, but Stephen King's It and other horror films made them evil and scary. I consider Deadpool (Marvel) to be a clown and hate him because he's pathetic and irritating. He's not funny at all, but irritates you so much you want to kill him. However, you can't and he continues on with his clown act. Maybe he'll meet Pennywise and get his arse kicked once and for all.

I'm not scared of clowns myself, but I can see why a lot of people would be: the whole Uncanny Valley effect.

I see why people are scared of them but I never found them scary in real life and whenever I saw them at the circus they weren't funny either. The original (IT) Pennywise was scary though.
