Jessica Chastain on the bloodiest scene

She describes a scene that was filmed that will break a record in horror movies for having the most blood, apparently. I think that would be the scene where:

Beverly revisits her childhood home and there is some old lady living there, she invites her in for tea and a chat, but not is all as it seems, and Bev's worst fears are realised as Pennywise torments her with gallons of blood once again.

I can only imagine it's this scene in the book, which was creepily terrifying when I first read it.
