So the black dude was indeed a pirate, or was he messing around with Dimitry in the end? Which I suppose begs the question, what happened to the pirates? Did they board the ship and then blow it up? That seems to be a poor way of going about your business.

Speaking of Dimitry, does he introduce two different women as his wife at points throughout the film? There's the older one who washes ashore dead and then the younger one who hangs out at the bar with Yaya?
