Plot holes the size of Kansas.....

SPOILERS AHEAD:
First of all, the family deciding to leave the comfort and security of their home without a game plan made ZERO sense; the reasoning being that the countryside is quieter. Really? Well let's see, they almost get car-jacked, get stuck in mile long traffic, the father's buddy gets in a vehicle accident, they almost get shot by a shotgun carrying grandma and are threatened by a psychotic cult leader and his followers, yeah great idea to hit the highway.
And speaking of the cult leader and his cronies, are we to believe that the world has sunken to a apocalyptic level of anarchy in just a few days? And where in the hell is the government? Dad can kill hundreds with a wood chipper, yet the government can't figure out that setting up sound systems in remote areas placed with bombs can effectively kill thousands of them. I can go on and on, but why bother, if you do watch get ready to suspend some serious belief.

This is the same issue as the quiet place had. These things are attracted to sound as such going to a place that is very quiet isn’t a good idea.

At least the quiet place tried to show why their creatures won. Because they are damn in indestructible apparently.

These bird things are easily killed. They would have killed a lot of people sure but they would have very very easily been quickly wiped out by simple strategies.

Also how the hell does deafness keep equaling the best quality in a world needing to be quiet. It is the WORST quality as you have no idea how much noise you are making. It’s stupid. Deaf people would be some of the first dying as they wouldn’t be able to tell when they have made noise.
