10 Things That Could Make Joker Better

Joker is a 2019 American psychological thriller film directed and produced by Todd Phillips based on DC Comics characters.

The film polarized critics. Although Phoenix's performance, the musical score, and the cinematography were praised, the dark tone, portrayal of mental illness, and handling of violence divided opinion and generated concerns of inspiring real-world violence.

So what could have made this film better, well that's what I'm talking about 10 Things That Could Have Made Joker Better.

Aren't you a little late with this?

It did not inspire real world violence.

I liked the movie as is and and not interested in why you think it could have been better. And I am not going to click on your youtube channel just because you want the hits.

never said it did inspire real-world violence, I said that there were concerns that it would,

I'm pretty happy with the movie as-is, too.

I have a couple minor nitpicks. The speech Fleck gives at the end (on the talk show) felt a little too on-the-nose. It wasn't bad, per se, but I thought it didn't "feel" perfect. I'm also not quite sure how to "fix" it, so - as I said - it's a nitpick.

Actually, I think that's about it for my "complaints" with the film.

1) Try doing an "origin story" for a Batman villain we HAVEN'T seen in a movie before, instead of lazily recycling The Joker for the 434,401,078th time.

Oh, and we REALLY don't need to see Bruce Wayne's parents get killed anymore, either.

Just give it a rest, Hollywood.

PLEASE.
