Wth he just walk down some stairs

So for many weeks and month, people talk about joker doing some crazy thing on steps. People are going to see the steps and take picture of these steps because of joker film, because he do some crazy thing.

But in this movie he just walk down steps and do some dance

He did better weird thing in bathroom where he did magic slow kung fu moves, how come no one go to take pictures of this bathroom? It is stupid
