I have to wonder.

I don't know, but they should have. I don't smoke, but after watching this movie, boy did I want to start...

TIME AND PLACE...LOTS OF SMOKING.

And smoking in one of the hospital scenes at his mums bedside...

MY DAD IS FOND OF TELLING PEOPLE HOW HE USED TO BE ABLE TO SMOKE IN RESTAURANTS,HOTELS,AIRPLANES,HOSPITALS,PRETTY MUCH ANYWHERE BACK IN HIS DAY.
