she was very good.

I thought the build up was too slow and the payoff insufficient. But that's me.

I have to agree. It was very slow and could have been condensed without loosing too much. Two and a half hours is a big chunk of time in anyone's life, especially nowadays.

While the payoff scene was very well done, and the sense of ambiguity haunting, it isn't a particularly meaningful or interesting denouement. I was hoping for a twist or reveal of some sort that would throw all of the details into relief, to complete the puzzle, but we just got more arthouse ambiguity and a sudden, incomplete ending.

Fantastic film, had me thinking long after watching it. I have my own take on what happened with Hae-Mi, but I could be totally wrong. Great performance from Steven Yen as Ben, even at the end you don't even know if he's just a bored rich guy looking for friendship in the wrong way or something worse. Yoo Ah In as Jong-su was fantastic. Jeon Jong-Seo as Hae-Mi really left a mark when she left the film midway through, you need a actress you leave a impression and she did.

It's definitely not a film who want to be led by the hand through what's going on. The ending will upset few. But I loved the film.
