I love how Sam's brother disappears with no explanation

He was nowhere to be seen in the entire season except for 1 short scene where he's eating a lollypop and says 1 or 2 lines, then at the end of the season Daniel and his wife are gone to a fancy party at the country club, Sam's at home, a huge brawl breaks out at their house, and Sam's brother isn't there, where is he during this time?

The parents are gone to a party, Sam's there at home with her friends, then world war 3 breaks out in the house and you don't even see the brother pop up to see all this going on he's just not there. If he was at the house somewhere theres no way he doesn't hear all that shit going on and come out for a second to see whats happening.

He's a pretty pointless character, and he is barely ever seen. When he is around he is annoying. The writers should have just stuck with Daniel having a daughter

I agree, I can't stand that character and see no reason to even have him. He lost a ton of weight in Season 3 though so maybe they'll have him doing Karate now. Can't stand that kid, lol.

While his parents were at the Christmas party his mom said something about hoping he did not get kicked out of another sleepover so that explains where he was... a sleepover somewhere else.

Oh must've missed that line, but it begs the question why did they even create the character to begin with when they never use the character and come up with excuses as to why he's not around?

reply

Maybe it's so that he can come back at Daniel later for not being there for him and spending more time with his daughter than his son. Heh, would be lame but I wouldn't be surprised.
