The last season 2 episode came close to jumping the shark

So far, I consider Cobra Kai and Ash vs Evil Dead the only respectful continuations of 80s properties, but that last season 2 episode was borderline too over the top and has me worried. Also the trendy lesbian makeout could be foreshadowing of future SJW crap, and the Stingray character is becoming the Jar Jar Binks of this show. Discuss.

You're upset you got to watch two hot young 20 somethings make out; one of which is extremely hot? Moon is a fucking smokebomb.

I hate to break it to you, but one kiss between a same sex couple is not "SJW crap" - and I hate SJW crap, but this is in no way, shape, or form "too much" or in your face. It's two seconds over the course of two seasons of a show.

The finale was tremendously entertaining at times, but I do agree. Tory doing what she did seems psychotic, but when she first starts over the PA system, I was like, "BITCH!", but it was still fun. It was a little over the top, but funny and entertaining. But by the time the fight is reaching it's climax, she's literally trying to kill Sam. I'm not saying no human has never tried to kill one another over a love triangle or jealousy, but after the whole brawl throughout the school, it was waaaaaaaaay too much.

But the brawl itself was fun. Or started out that way. I mean, I'm watching it and thinking, "Wow, this is ridiculous...but fun....but ridiculous." It went back and forth. It was like a Power Rangers scene without the super powers or costumes, but was really quite over the top. I went back and forth on it. It started fun, was fun several times throughout, but also really ridiculous at times. It was very conflicting.

Yeah remember in "The Karate Kid" when Elizabeth Shue had that hot girl on girl make out? That never happened because it doesn't belong in "The Karate Kid!"

The mega-fight at the end was over-the-top ridiculous and went on way too long.

As for the lesbian thing, it's a trend now for some female character or characters in nearly every tv show to be lesbians. The novelty will probably wear off in a few years.

Man . . . totally disagree. I thought the finally was so 80s. It just fit. Even Miguel's falling off the balcony was filmed super cheesy (I think on purpose).

Also, Stingray is great. So are the tiny noodle-arm kids that fight each other. It all has a very tounge-in-cheekness to it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates Stingray, after watching both seasons back to back recently his inclusion to the story and lame humour sticks out like a sore thumb.

The school fight with everyone joining in was unnecessary and felt over the top, whereas the fight at the mall with Robby and Samantha working in unison to defend felt much more rewarding.
