‘Onward’ Censored in Russia Over LGBTQ Character

It's being banned/censored in several Middle East countries too for the same reason. While I don't think this will have too much of an impact on global takings, it gives me a warm feeling that going 'woke' is now starting to hit profits.

God forbid one character makes a remark about having a girlfriend. But yeah, that's what going woke is huh?

If it's banned or cencorsed in Russia or the Middle East, chances are it's completely fine.

Russia has banned gay propaganda directed at children. There will be no normalisation of homosexual relationships by the media in Russia. Marriage is the union of a man and a woman there. Homosexuals cannot adopt or use IVF/Surrogates.

They should make the censored version available to Americans and see which version parents prefer.
