Does anyone know the name of the song that plays when the end credit start? Been looking all over the place and can't find it

The last part of the song, where the guitar starts playing, is part of the same song as above. It was written in for the movie. Lyrics begin with: "It's the weekend, I think of good friends, sometimes forget they died. I want to see them because I need them..."
