Same here, I'm going to wait for the Blu-Ray release, should be coming out either next month or Dec.

Can we be sure that these 10 minutes will BE in the DVD release? Maybe they are only for theatrical release.

And indeed, it seems to me with China stopping QT from getting his "most successful box office movie ever" by screening the film in China -- he needs this release to get the money in to achieve that goal.
