We need a GOOD Wonder Woman on TV to cancel out the Snyderverse version

After Superman and Lois FINALLY "gave fans what they wanted", by giving the audience an upbeat, inspiring, charming, FUN Superman (after YEARS of drab, humorless, dark & gritty, dour Superman in movies), we need to do the same and resurrect Wonder Woman by getting a NON-Snyderverse live action Wonder Woman, something like a modernized Lynda Carter (no 70s cheese and/or disco theme song!)

It would be the ANTI-Wonder Woman 1984, which means no heavy handed SJW "Orange Man Bad" politics, no jarring heavy foreign accent coming out of Wonder Woman's mouth, no pointless filler scenes trying to be "lighthearted" but coming across as forced and stupid (like Chris Pine being "cute" trying on different types of clothing in 1984), no muddled and incoherent plotline, and NO baggage or connection to a horrible dumpster fire "cinematic universe" where Jesse Eisenberg is Lex Luthor and Jared Leto is the Joker.

The opportunity is there, we haven't had a live action Women Woman on the small screen since 1979. WAY past due for a "reboot", unlike crap that's been "Rebooted" endlessly ::cough:: Charlie's Angels ::cough::

Let's get 'er done!

On looks alone, I'm thinking Krysten Ritter or Danielle Campbell. But I would have to see if their performance as WW to find out if they can pull it off.

gotta have the disco theme song

I like Gadot as Wonder Woman, but once she's done I'd love a really good (not CW) WW series along the lines of an updated Lynda Carter.

Why wait until she's done? I have no problem with Superman & Lois airing while Snyderites were still trying to shove Cavill's Psuedoman down our throats and heaping praise on the "Snyder cut".

reply

Agreed! But under two conditions. First, Wonder Woman must be black. Second, Wonder Woman must be a transgendered man. Leslie Jones would be perfect.
