Why wasn't WW also electrocuted??

Does anyone have an answer to why it was only cheetah, and why it didn't kill them both.

reply

the armour maybe? But yeah the answer isn't apparent.

reply

you mean the one made out of metal?

reply

Because she is a god - also it didn't kill cheetah.

reply

You’re right, the scene played out as implying that Cheetah was going to die but she didn’t. As for Diana being a god, you must have missed the part where her making a “wish” took away her invincibility where she got hurt & even bled. So yeah when you think about it that should’ve killed her.

reply

But at that part of the film she had already rescinded her wish ...

reply

Ah! My bad, you’re right!

reply

Right it didn't kill cheetah... I was trying to ask why it didn't kill them both. Alas it is what it is. How much work would it have been for her to simply "fly" out of the water first?? Hard to believe no one brought this up. So many simple fixes ignored.

reply

I agree I found it odd that she didn't get out of the water - I guess it was to 'save' Cheetah as she took her out of the water? Could have used the rope for that or had the transformers short out first etc.

reply

Comic book logic. She is the daughter of Zeus, god of lightning. Probably why she could rope lightning as well.

reply

That was the only scene i started laughing out loud. rope swinging on lightning. wow.

reply

Daughter of Zeus... very nice and neat!! However, I am highly skeptical they had this mind. We are all twisting ourselves into pretzels trying to explain away these plot holes.

reply

Didn't they say that in the first wonder woman movie? Only a god can kill a god. Wonder woman seems to be the only remaining god, so she can't be killed.

reply

She was, she just have a very fast health regen and could tank it.
