Pointless. Skip it.

Pointless. That's how I'd describe this movie in one word. It teaches/ offers absolutely nothing new or original. I'm talking in terms of morals and insights into the world. Nada. Nothing. I lost two hours of my life - two hours that I'll never get back.

This movie didn't know what it wanted to be, and that's where it fails...

Dang it, I feel so duped! Time to watch something more intense and cerebral... Off I go...

Loved this movie. But then I wasn't looking for a moral message or any insights into the world or something intense and cerebral. I was just looking to be entertained for a couple hours.

Go to bed 2 hours later, there you are got you 2 hours of your life back.By the way i liked it.

I enjoyed the movie and gave it 8 out of 10. However, I wasn't looking to learn morals or insights into the world; I don't usually rely on fictional movies for such lessons.

"I lost two hours of my life - two hours that I'll never get back." That seems redundant - unless you can time travel, you'll never get back any time that has passed while you were doing something.

Ca'mon! Don't you think that was funny and original?

Actually, now that I think about it, it wasn't funny or original the last 17,000,000 times I heard it.

It's definitely a possibility that I liked A Simple Favor more because it seems original to me. Can you name a few that are similar to it that's better done than A Simple Favor? I'd like to check them out. Thank you.

reply

No. I was talking about the idiotic "hours I won't get back" cliche. Sorry

reply

Oh, got it. Sorry about that comment then. It's just weird to me when people complain about something and mention that lost time they can't get back. Maybe I was too harsh.
