shareIt was portrayed exactly as it happened. Sweat didn't engage in a shootout with Police. He shot at an RV (likely attempted car-jacking) earlier in the day, which alerted police to his vicinity.
Later on, they heard coughing in the woods and a Border Agent approached Sweat from a distance. Sweat pointed his rifle at the agent, and was taken out.
