Casey will become a hero

Her name has alliteration, so that's a clue

I think youre right. I havent read anything about the movie but my guess is
her superpower or powers will be revealed at the end of this one and then it will be Casey/David vs. Beast/Glass in the final movie.
Cant wait!

I can very easily see that, yet I would be both surprise and unsurprise if things do go that way. Can’t explain it really, lol.

But superpowers or not, Casey helping David would be fitting. Any chance she decides to side with Dennis/Hedwig/the Beast though? As I’ve said before, M. Night bringing the unexpected should be expected.

We shall see.

Wow, that surprised me.
she completely sided with Kevin

In a way, she was kind of saintly. After everything that happened in "Split," she only wanted to help Kevin Wendell Crumb let go of the Beast
She turned out to be the strongest character in the film

But no, she didn't become a hero. She became one of the trio's sidekicks.

BTW, the coolest element to me was Joseph Dunn's role, played by the same actor. I always imagined he'd want to dedicate his life to helping his dad be a superhero, and here he was playing "the man in the chair."

I expected things to go either way. Casey was either going to help defeat the Beast/Crumb (this isn’t what I personally thought was going to happen but I wouldn’t have been surprised by it). Or she was going to help Crumb.

But once she met with Hedwig/Dennis/Crumb again, I became convinced she was going to stand by his/their side till the very end. And she did! I think her character was handled really well in both Split & Glass and saintly is exactly how she could be described as. On a side note, I liked how Hedwig made her crack a smile in their first scene together. It was oddly sweet.

And I agree about Spencer Treat Clark (Joseph). He’s all grown up but the entire time it was like watching the same exact little kid from Unbreakable in many ways. The admiration he had for his superhero dad felt as strong as ever and it was cool to see the two working together while it lasted.
